This is a great hotel to stay at when I am in the DC area. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They do a really nice job.
The room needs to be cleaned a bit better than it was on this trip.

Rooms were nice.
Not a convenient location if you don't have a car.
Overall very nice. I was very disappointed at the lack of assistance I received trying to use services like the shuttle.

The staff knew me by name from the first day I was there. That put me at ease and made me feel so welcome.
I had a meal at the hotel restaurant the first night I stayed there that was terrible. I spoke to the operations mgr. about it.
Beautiful decor, wonderful staff, very clean and nice. All my needs were met.

Great location, great atmosphere.
No WI-FI
The hotel was definately upscale. Good food in the resteraunt. Breakfast buffet was a deal at only $10. The only problem I found was the cleanliness of the room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and was relatively quiet.
Bad location, mediocre restaurant and bar, and the internet policy was not good.
It's a decent hotel, but had some smells here and there and you often shared the freight elevator with the staff. Internet policy was not great for the price and the free internet in the lobby didn't always work well. The bar and restaurant was a real bor...Read More
